If you have been to Benson on the weekends for lunch, you probably noticed in the California Deli section that you cannot build your own sandwiches. Last year we were able to build your own sandwich during the weekends. I wonder what we can do about it…

Hey broncos,

It is almost that time of the year when we need to move out of our dorm/house. I recommend to star packing early to avoid freaking out like I did freshmen year.

I put together some basic tips to help you ease this tedious process:

-Pack heavy items at the bottom

-Make sure your boxes aren’t that heavy

-Pack similar items together

-Number your boxes and keep a record of its contents. (for example, box 6- sweaters and jeans)

-Pack mall items like jewelry in a smaller box or bag before putting them in the big box.

-Tape down all your boxes.

Good luck packing!

Besides keeping you awake in class, coffee can help you spot gramatical mistakes. According to a study caffeine helps spot subject-and-verb agreement mistakes. So go ahead and take a sip before revising that paper.

The gym is going to be open only a few hours on Saturday and Sunday (Memorial Day Weekend) but that does not mean you should ditch your workout. Make the switch from the gym to the streets.

Benefits of running outside:

-You enjoy the view

-You catch some rays (but remember to wear sunblock)

-You burn more calories because you of the effort you make to avoid the road obstacles.

-You are not constantly checking the time on the treadmill so you might run longer than you usually do.

Happy run!
